The service

AI results can vary; we do not guarantee any particular likeness, accuracy, popularity or commercial outcome.

Your account and media

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use your account and payment method. Upload only media you own or have permission to use, including permission from people depicted where required. You retain your rights in your inputs and grant us and the necessary service providers permission to process them to fulfill your requests. Output rights depend on applicable law and provider terms; no exclusivity is guaranteed. Do not use the service for illegal content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, impersonation, fraud or infringement.

Prohibited content and consent

Retwist.ai may not be used to create, upload, share or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated sexual or intimate depictions of real people without their consent. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited. Obtain permission from people whose likeness you use and respect their privacy and intellectual property rights. Google APIs are used for account authentication, not for creating intimate imagery. Report suspected abuse to support@retwist.ai; include relevant job identifiers or URLs rather than attaching intimate material. We may restrict violating accounts and remove violating content.

Subscriptions and credits

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions charge the full annual amount upfront and renew annually. The pricing page displays the monthly equivalent for annual plans. The total charge and billing interval are shown at checkout before you pay. Cancel future renewal through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Standard credits are allocated monthly on both subscription types and expire at the next allocation. First annual purchase bonus credits expire 7 days after allocation. Purchased extra credits do not expire. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. A creation's cost is shown before you start. Failed jobs return their credits once; uncertain provider submissions may require review before a refund is issued.

Refunds and disputes

For incorrect charges, failed fulfillment or other billing concerns, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law; statutory rights remain unaffected. Payment reversals may revoke related credits and temporarily restrict generation while consumed credits or disputed payments are reviewed.

Availability and storage

Processing may continue after you leave the site. Completion times and availability depend on external providers. Generated files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days and uploaded references after 7 days; download outputs you want to retain. Service features may change. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or security incidents.

Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any permissions needed for their use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law. We will communicate material changes through the service or account email before they apply where required.
