Who operates Retwist

Retwist.ai is operated by 211 Digital, 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact support@retwist.ai for privacy requests.

Information we use

Google sign-in provides your name, email address, profile image and account identifier. We use these to create and secure your account, display your profile and associate your creations and purchases with you. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.

We process reference images you upload, selected templates, generation inputs and outputs, job history, credit balances, payment identifiers and support messages. Our infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, request logs and device information to operate and protect the service.

Providers and sharing

We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database storage, Cloudflare for hosting, media storage and support email, and Stripe for payments. Stripe handles payment card details; Retwist does not store full card numbers. Reference media and generation inputs are shared with the generation provider required for your selected template, such as fal.ai or Higgsfield. Do not upload private media unless you are authorized to share it for this purpose. These providers process information under their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your Google account information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or protect the service. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Storage and retention

Uploaded reference images are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Generated video files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; download files you want to keep. Account, job history, billing and support records may remain longer while needed to provide the service, handle disputes or meet legal obligations. Deletion schedules do not necessarily delete copies held by generation providers; their policies also apply.

Your choices

You can revoke Google access through your Google account. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your Retwist account information. We verify requests before acting and retain records where required by law or for unresolved billing disputes. Rights depend on applicable law. Essential authentication storage is used to maintain your session. Retwist is not intended for children under 18.

Updates

We update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email.
