Frequently asked questions

How do I use Higgsfield Genjutsu motion transfer?

Upload a clip, select its segment, upload reference photos and specify the desired replacements using @Image1, @Image2 and so on. Generate after reviewing settings and media permissions.

Can I upload a video longer than 30 seconds?

Yes, within the upload size limit. Select a segment no longer than 30 seconds in the trimming interface before submission. Only the prepared segment is used for generation.

How do I assign different photos to different people?

Type @ in the instructions and select an uploaded reference. Describe the person by position or visible action, such as “replace the person on the left with @Image1.” Use separate references for separate subjects.

Can I replace a car or product?

You can provide an object reference and describe the intended replacement. The model may interpret details differently, so exact logos, object geometry or product fidelity are not guaranteed.

What stays the same during motion transfer?

The source guides movement, timing and scene composition. The model produces a new result, and exact preservation of every frame or detail is not guaranteed.

Which resolution and duration settings are available?

480p, 720p and 1080p are available. The selected source segment determines the duration, between 4 and 30 seconds. Source composition determines the aspect ratio.

How are Genjutsu credits calculated?

The prepared segment duration, rounded up to a whole second, is multiplied by the current Genjutsu credit rate for the selected resolution. The Generate button shows the total.

What permissions do I need?

You must have rights to the media and documented consent for identifiable people or their authorized representatives. The acknowledgement does not grant rights to media you do not own. Review the usage rules before proceeding.

Are my source videos public?

Custom source videos use private signed access and are retained for seven days under the current upload policy. They are not added to the public template gallery.

Why is my video still processing or under review?

Provider processing can take time. A submission with an uncertain outcome may be checked before resubmission or refund. Follow the status in Studio rather than creating duplicate jobs.

What happens when generation fails?

Confirmed failed jobs follow the credit refund rules. A result being checked is not yet a confirmed failure. Studio provides the status and support action when needed.
